All Titus-Leavitt accounts are assigned a full-time Account Manager, regardless of size. As your account manager, my goal is to ensure you and your employees are supported in all areas of your benefits program, so that everyone's expectations are met. I look forward to working closely with you to meet your needs and am available by phone or email 24 hours a day. I have extensive experience in the healthcare industry and understand what the carriers are looking for during their rating process. This ensures that you get the most competitive premium rates each renewal year. I will also assist you in the following areas:

• Claim Resolution - Assistance in complex and escalated claim issues
• Customer Service Issues - Employee assistance with billing, provider issues and benefit questions
• Billing Reconciliation Assistance - Human Resource support for billing questions or problems

• Employee Q&A Meetings - Educational meetings for employees on benefits
• Open Enrollment - Coordination of meetings with carriers and vendors
